The Palace Company Europe
is looking for a
Recruiting and Employer Branding Coordinator
to join our HR Team.
The person will report to the Line Manager and will take care, for the Corporate and the Hotels & Resorts of The Palace Company Europe:
Liaising with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences
Defining job descriptions in coordination with the hiring managers
Taking a proactive approach to meet staffing requirements by attracting, sourcing and screening applicants using innovative techniques and defining a successful employer branding strategy
Conducting telephone and personal interviews, using competency-based techniques and uses of appropriate assessments
Making offers to successful applicants, negotiates when necessary and regrets unsuccessful applicants
Developing recruitment strategies to achieve the required staffing levels and building recruitment materials for presentations, job fairs and open days
Designing, planning and launching new staffing or HR projects in collaboration with other HR areas to reach corporate objectives
The person must comply with the following requirements:
3/4 years of experience
Fluent English. Spanish knowledge will be considered a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and precision
Creative and enthusiastic personality, willing to work in a multicultural environment
Proactive attitude, focusing on continuous improvement and innovative solutions
Flexibility and willingness to face continuous challenges and continuous learning
Excellent communication and cooperation skills; demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both in teams and individually
