For our Baglioni Head Office in Milan we are looking for an IT Specialist who is dedicated to the management of IT issues at 360 °.
We are looking for a person who can juggle different IT tasks and tasks, maintaining a positive attitude and never losing sight of the big picture.
The resource will take care of the IT management of the structure, based in Milan and the possibility of transfers to other Baglioni Hotels, in case of need.

• Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, IOS, Android, Windows
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Good organization, time management and prioritization
• Efficient troubleshooting abilities
• Available to travel in Italy and abroad
• Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening
• Great customer service and interpersonal skills
Tech skills at least 5 years experience

Infrastructure knowledge
Networking Knowledge
Experience in a Servicedesk service
Wifi Knowledge
Printing knowledge
Microsoft O365 knowledge
English necessary /Spanish plus
Support on site
Cloud and SaaS application
VM Ware knowledge

Experience in hospitality business is a plus.
