The Palace Company Europe
is looking for a
Sales Assistant
to join our
EMEA Sales Team
at our Milan Head Office.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide essential support to the sales team and contribute to the success of our operations across the EMEA region. If you are organized, proactive, and passionate about the luxury hospitality industry, we want to hear from you.
The person will report to the
Corporate Director of Sales EMEA
and will take care of:
Collaborate with the Regional Sales Directors to assist them in daily sales tasks and activities.
Manage follow-up emails related to industry booking requests, confirmations, familiarization (fam) trips, and site inspections.
Support the preparation of trade contracts in alignment with company SOPs, working closely with the Assistant Corporate Director of Sales.
Update and maintain client information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring that the EMEA database, including luxury networks, is accurate and current.
Assist in planning pre-sales trips and events, fam trip, by organizing logistics such as flights and accommodation.
Provide comprehensive daily support to the EMEA Sales Team, assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring seamless coordination of sales activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Fluency in Italian and English is required; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Excellent planning, multitasking, and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
Positive, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in a hotel, agencies and tourism is preferred.
