For our Corporate office in Milan we are currently looking for a:

Learning & Development Specialist


Our L&D Specialist strategy enables us to empower people and provide training and development opportunities which is fundamental to our overall business growth.

The L&D Specialist will report to the Director of Quality and Staff Development and will work closely on both global and local projects. He/She Will be responsible for the end-to-end design and delivery of learning and development solutions and collaborate closely with other HR teams and stakeholders/internal clients across the Baglioni Hotels & Resort to ensure the effective and efficient development of projects.


Key Responsibilities
Training plan
He/she works on the training need analysis and the training plan definition
He/she coordinates the implementation of trainings and proactively proposes solutions to design new ones
He/she defines the training calendar, manages organization and logistics of in-class training programs and e-learning platform.
He/she conducts in-class training session.
He/she creates internal training and initiatives

Quality Plan
He/she works and maintains the Company SOP Manual constantly updated
He/she conducts internal inspections throughout the Company to ensure the Company Quality Standards are met
He/she analizes the on line reputation on daily basis and produces reports for the Company


Qualifications
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent knowledge of Office 365 package
  • Strong orientation in analisys, details and research
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Problem solver oriented: he/she focuses on problems trying to find out the solution.
  • Strong interest in learning the dynamics of a multinational company and in exploring opportunities to deliver what is required.
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset, also regarding his/her own constant and never-ending improvement.
  • He/she works within a global organization, where virtual and face-to-face work are fundamental to the way we work.
  • Good attitude in standards, process and results
  • Passion for travelling
  • Good knowledge of Digital tools
